Self explanatory I would think! Sidebar: Before a certain point in history, it was not a woman’s prerogative to change her mind, or to have much of any choice at all. Eventually some social orders became enlightened enough to “allow” women some choice over their own lives, and it was so extraordinary a concept that it bore some explaining. |
