C is here to get full of my homemade chicken and dumplings and gooey butter cake. She's in the tub and later we will pile up in the nest I built for us on the couch and have girl time with movies, popcorn, and laughing about Rachel Dolezal.

Meanwhile, I got my stationary stuff out and am sending some letters to folks I know. I love doing this with a good cup of tea and blasting some amazing music in the background.

Tonight it's Koko Taylor and her siren-voice wailing "I'm a Woman" (God, that woman has a voice that won't STOP)

Burning some candles and basking in the glow of my salt lamps.

In between all of this is random FaceTime with JD. <3
