La Mejikana 1820 S Ashland Chicago

I guess it's only fair that my nephew rub it in after a recent business trip to Chicago about this new place he discovered! I mean after all I've been texting him how our temps here were in the high 40's with sunshine while he's in the frozen tundra of Green Bay..

Anyways.. he raved about this establishment and Queso Fundido which is melted chihuahua cheese mixed with homemade "Rajitas" chile pablanos and to definitely add chorizo. I looked it up on Yelp and it does look delicious as do tons of other dishes and several of their cocktails
