Happy Sunday!

It's been a Rolling Stones music marathon while I have been in the kitchen. Chopping away at things that need to be used. I have also been chatting it up with numerous phone calls. I checked..I still have all my fingers!

Sugar free lemon pudding..mouth watering already for that.
Cherry sugar free jello with cottage added.
Sliced cucumbers for spicy refrigerator pickles.
Salsa with cottage cheese..new discovery, its delish.
Almost macaroni free salad, more chopped veggies and hard boiled eggs than macaroni.
Finished up the coleslaw mix..added poppyseed dressing.

So I've used up all the cilantro, celery, carrot, onion, jalapeno and red pepper.

Playing with an idea of creamy cilantro chicken for dinner.

It is now afternoon. Gonna thread the sewing machine. Some projects there are a'brewing.
