Last 10 days..easily 8.5 to 9+ hours.
Less stress! I've had the best sleep in a long time. Dark cold room, contoured pillow and quiet. If I find myself overthinking, I'll put the timer on some soft music. That can have me relaxed before the first song is over! If I feel restless, a hot shower calms me. And by all means..NO Caffine after 4pm.
