I'm on day number two staying home from work. Last Friday I took a tumble. Boss's dog pulled me one way and knocked me to the ground. I landed in sand/grass. I either cracked a rib or bruised it. Hurts to breathe and move in a turning way. I think I really over did it on Monday, at work. My job is really physical
So today, its heating pad. Doing a really good job not to snack all day. Bingeing on cooking shows, survivor and crafting.
