How do/have you divided household labor within your live-in relationships?

How has this evolved over time or over different relationships?

Is fairness important to you in the division of household chores?

Do you have the same standards? If not, how do you negotiate this?

Do you feel like you've found a good system that works for both you and your partner?

If you could tweak it, what would you do differently?
