Both FarmTown and FarmVille are fun, but I find personally that I can level up sooner with 'Ville so thats the one I play most often!! Two games that I play now that I recommend checking out are Treasure Isle and the brand new FrontierVille (its lots of fun, atleast I think so)

I was into YoVille alot but am not so much into it now, and Bejewelled is another favorite game of Mine ~ I'm also into Petville, Frontierville (brand new game), FV and of course FT, Treasure Isle and I'm sure there's more but those are the main ones
