I can't stand head banging, hard core, heavy metal, rock music

I've been told that my voice is lovely to hear (I'm a smoky alto)

I don't know what happened to me, but I used to be so extraverted and now I think I lean more toward the introverted side - I'm very shy, now.

My mother is known as an "Eagle eye" and I've learned a lot from her over the years. We had a terrible relationship at one time and now I don't know what I would do without her. She's one of my heros! Her birthday is in three days - she turns 71.
