can't sleep can't sleep, shouldn't have taken that nap but was Ohhhhhh so tired and it felt sooooo good to rest well.... now can't sleep and think I'm starting hot flashes
  turned the fan on and the dog YELPED at me, made me nearly jump outa my slippers! Gonna crash on couch and watch Star Trek NG for the upteenth time and try to get mind off of depressing things. Might go dance in the rain?
