Jo's Kitchen (and yes, the coffee IS on...)

Good morning everyone

As usual, the Rooster and I are up, the Prince and Scoote are still snoozing, and the kittens are rampaging around the place. It's amazing how much small kittens and a mini dog can sound like a herd of ponies on a laminate floor!

Not sure what the day holds for us...Scoote has the day off work, but has a really painful, scratchy throat. I made her gargle with some warm salt water, and hope it will help. At this rate, all she'll be eating today is jello (I made her some strawberry

) and leftover pumpkin pie...anything soft.

So far I'm just waking up with coffee and some raisin toast, but those breakfast tacos sound like a pretty good idea
