Like Lynn, I have found an "attitude of gratitude" lifts me and keeps me humble and happy. I keep a gratitude journal, even the smallest things.

I still don't like the feeling of being left out, even from something happening on the other side of the planet.

I am on a program to work up to 200 push-ups, 100 situps, and 50 pull-ups. You don't want to know how many I started with.

Nothing makes me feel so old as reading that the NFL thought the Rolling Stones and the Who were "safe, family entertainment" for halftime
