I Really Don't Like...
sitting on the phone and kept waiting for tech support
... my calls routed to India, when I can't understand a word. This usually ends with.."get me someone with no accent on the line...I'm on deadline" I'm waiting on the phone (20 minutes and counting) as I write this. |
