Daydreaming...
As part of my self-care routine, I make sure to make time for daydreaming.
It is relaxing, aspirational & a mini-escape from the daily stresses of life. A lot of my daydreams are travel related, I get emails from ThinkSicily.com, from IcelandAir.com and I spend at least an hour each week perusing the sales on jetsetter.com. This morning I'm daydreaming about a dive trip to Cairns/The Great Barrier Reef  What are you daydreaming about?
