I am sensitive to smells too and have a ton of allergies...
At the bashes I have been to, I stayed in the hotel where the bash was help, so when I needed to, I went up our room to chill a bit...also there are outdoor areas to retire to. I do always pack Benadryl and take an extra inhaler.
