IslandScout, http://tinypic.com/ is also good.
First choose your file and the size you want the pic for example to be. Then hit upload. After that choose the 'img' or 'url' you want. Then copy and paste that in between the [url]'s or [img]'s of your post. Hope it works for you....  <----- me...lol
