Not sure I'm putting this in the right place or if there's been a similar thread but if so feel free to point me in the right direction, I'm still reading lots and finding my way around
![]() I'm trying to start training for a run at the end of the summer at the moment. I'm definitely at my most productive in the morning so should try to train then but can't quite get myself to actually get up before I have to and although I set the alarm early I'm hitting snooze, then snooze again and again so you see where this is going........Plus I have no appetite first thing which is not good. My question(s) is - What is your morning routine - do you give yourself lots of time and enjoy a leisurely breakfast/just a bit of you time or whatever before you have to leave the house or are you a get up at the last minute, grab a quick shower and out the door type of person like me? Do you get up when the alarm goes off or are you a snoozer? And finally, have you been able to change your routine if you wanted to and how did you do it? Thanks all ![]() |
