<---- made an awesome salad for lunch today: baby spinach dressed in a light olive oil and white balsamic vinegar with tomatoes, baked chicken breast, half an avocado and hand chopped almonds.
for Katzchen (I love Barbers Adagio) forgot to add: the good salad makes up for the truly appalling breakfast choice I made this morning.... for future reference - chocolate dipped pomegranate seeds are not a good substitution for blueberries in one's plain greek yogurt. .gif "Say What?") For real.
