Pete has to work on Wednesday and on Friday and I am actively unwilling to cook for company on Thursday so
We are going out to dinner with Pete's mother and her best friend on Thanksgiving. I will make a streamlined meal on Saturday, including a disposable pan and only the side dishes we truly want. Pete ordered a small fresh turkey from a local farm, yum yum, and I don't know when I will shop for the other ingredients we need. .gif "Say What?")
