The last time I purchased anything for Valentine's day was when I bought my mom some roses. I'm still uncertain as to why I did . . . I was on my way home from work and instead of driving past the florist, I stopped. She loved roses, yellow being her favorite.
She died last November. A yellow rose travels with me, in my car . . . Valentine's Day is special, however, it shouldn't be more special than any other day. |
