I have a question for vaporers who have been doing this a while:
When you smoke a cigarette, you puff/inhale until the cigarette has burned to the butt, or at least I do most of the time. Vaping is different, or has been for me so far. Where I would smoke a full cigarette and feel satisfied for a while, I have experienced an urge to vape one time, but frequently. So, a different pattern is set with the e-cig. I don't know what factors contribute to this. It could be the nicotine level is not high enough. It could be the loss of satisfaction of continually smoking a full cigarette. It could be the lack of other chemicals from cigarettes that contribute to my addiction to nicotine because I do think those other ingredients in cigarettes strengthen your addiction. It may be a combination of all 3. Does this sound familiar? ![]()
