I'm on the phone with yahoo (after a 1.5 hour wait) speaking with a sweet person. I just asked my question, and she said, "We're really not all that high tech here." WTF!@#%$@#$^@#$. It sounds like there's a potluck going on in the background. Hmmm... This cannot be good.
