Packing up the ice chest, a day bag and getting ready to spend the day at the lake in Tahoe. Getting away from the 105' degree weather today and spend some time with my sister and some friends.

I am listening to music.. posting (of course).. doing a little blogging. I am also looking for some more exercises to add to my regimen.

I am also trying to get caught up on some stuff I have let slide of late... Watching old General Hospital episodes (yes.. I watch it.. and yes I am a month behind!). I am trying to formulate a plan to start working through some misplaced junk that is clogging my study from the bedroom shuffle. It will be so good when some of this stuff is gone!

And.. trying to wrap it up so I can go to bed. lol!

Savoring the slow spreading sensation of every cell in my body being gleefully awakened to absorb the hot spicy ginger tea I'm currently enjoying.

Sometimes, when I sit still enough, I can feel all of this happening. But only when I sit very still. And it's much more easily discernible when the tea is a little bit piquant.

It feels nourishing; like love. And not that small ell, garden-variety, sweet-wet-spot-in-the-panties, romantic love - I mean capital u, capital ell, Universal Love.

The real stuff.
