Sitting on the patio winding down and relaxing a little, drinking a Coke ... watching Kevin and Jennifer play. About to go inside and fix our dinner.
I lifted too much "very heavy" all day long ... am having body cramps and muscle spasms as a result ... I am very thankful they seem to be easing up. |
