Roast beef, marinated overnight in a homemade Teriyaki sauce, topped with peppercorns, cloves of garlic, and sliced Walla Walla onions. I also made a small potato casserole out of baby red potatoes, cloves of garlic and mozzarella cheese.
The house should be fragrant with the aroma of supper tonight.

I threw Dairy Queen in my mouth between clients....
Their $5 lunch is satisfying but definitely not healthy.... I had the chicken wraps w/ fries and upgraded (of course) to the pumpkin pie blizzard instead of a sundae. Rootbeer to drink....the only soda I regularly drink.... THEN...my second client fed me roasted veggies and seasalt caramels..... Have I mentioned how loved I am?

Once I cool off enough to go do it, I am going to make a tuna salad stuffed tomato for my dinner. I use mashed avocado and greek yogurt instead of mayo. I like Duke's mayo, but this is even better.

I am going to make that tuna salad stuffed tomato that I said I was going to make last night, but never got around to making.
 In fact, I am putting the eggs on to boil now. Speaking of eggs, if you take a raw egg in the shell and shake it for a good two minutes, then boil and peel it. The egg will be yellow and the yolk evenly distributed. Cool huh?

I only knew that I was craving curry and sweet potatoes...so
I heated up some coconut oil in my fantab new cast iron skillet...cut the sweet potatoes into 1/2" medallions (I realized I have no peeler so this was more necessity) threw them into the oil. Cut up a chicken beast into chunks threw them in too. Sprinkled curry powder, cinnamon, salt and Hungarian paprika. Put in some water to steam the taters...added some frozen veggie mix and let it all get to know each other... I confess...I was really hungry...but this is one of my fave meals Ive ever cooked EVER... Soon we will go forth to hunt and gather some ice cream......
