Probably ham & cheese roll ups with mayo, hard boiled eggs, and pickles. I gotta get back on the low carb wagon and stay diligent!!!!! I messed up a little and cheated some but that's ok, I haven't gained back any weight. So I just have to hop back on plan and keep going.

I picked up kung Pao chicken and shrimp. Totally forgot kung Pao had peanuts....
It was good... I just find the peanuts distracting... The egg roll was skimpy per usual. I need to tell them about that...

My son had steak with two eggs over easy with fries, all I wanted was tomato with rice soup, crackers and a coke. He gave me the stink eye cause I didn't have the same thing but I just wasn't that hungry.

I haven't made myself a decent meal in a minute...I've literally been living on fast food and cheezits....
Tonight I made a roasted split chicken breast with chicken boulion and spices, a roasted serrrt potato and threw some frozen veggies in with the chicken at the end....it was super tasty....but now I'm hungry again... PET peppermint bark ice cream for dessert. It could use some chocolate syrup....and I forgot bread yet again so I may just venture out again....

I was brave today cause I made chicken and dumplings for dinner, me still on crutches well just say, it was a challenge cause I still cant put full weight on my bad knee... touch and go but done.
