Tuesday at Nine Mile....
I'm having the special....jerk chicken cooked with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes over linguine with a very pretty feta/basil butter sauce topped with Mediterranean salsa.... Natty bread on the side Coffee and water to drink... My mouth is in heaven... I may propose a marriage of convenience to one of their cooks...

I literally threw together a really yummy dinner....
I started with lemon olive oil, threw in chopped chicken, frozen pepper blend, carrot/ cauliflower/broccoli blend and while I was in the freezer remembered some tri color cheese tortellini I had...threw some of those in...added water and chicken bouillon, added spices including curry and voila....omg good...

Lunch
Today at work we are celebrating Texas Independence Day with bbq. I got brisket, chicken, sausage, potato salad, beans, and bread. I loaded up on onion, pickles, and jalapenos. This is more like two lunches.
