Oh and Jennifer Hudson, who didn't win...but is SO talented and done well for herself in other arenas.

Clay Aiken has done well but I don't follow him. Fantasia has a reality show now, but I don't follow her anymore because I can't stand the show. Adam's beginning to do pretty well.

You're right that Clarkson and Underwood have been the most successful, imo. Kelly has a new album coming out soon. I am a fan of hers.
