I worked 9 hours, drove 3 hours, then came home and mowed until dark. I still have to cook and clean the kitchen before bed.

It was a nice, relaxing day for me. I got tons of sleep, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, went to a double feature at the movies, went to a couple of craft stores and made some food for the rest of the week.

I got up, went to the gym, hit the grocery store for more sweet potato chips that I love so much, gassed up the car, made and ate brunch, caught up with some emails and I'm watching some of my DVR shows now. Up next: house chores, shower and errands.

Yesterday...
I got so much done..I don't know what lit the fire under my ass ..but I made a nice pancake breakfast Did dishes Cleaned the counters and sink. Cleaned behind the toaster oven and inside the toast r oven Cleaned out my spice drawer...took everything out and washed the whole shebangbang Washed my kitchen Windows Vacuumed and mopped the kitchen floor and entry Washed my bathroom floor by hand...it's the only way to get it the way I like it Groomed my poodle...not in a dirty way Cleaned the tub Took in wash and folded it all Made a nice dinner in the crock pot Organized some cabinets in the hall Took down cobwebs all over the place Vacuumed Dusted Went for a nice walk at the lake with the dogs Came home and did some knitting.. Which I need to practice more often. And I looked at the stars on my way home from my walk. I realized during the whole Perseids thing that I don't stop and look at them nearly enough. There was no moon and I saw the milky way for the first time in years

I finished painting my living room!
Cleaned behind all my furniture as I went Put it all back together again Hung pictures and pretty things; it looks bright and cheery now Took in the wash and folded it. Purged some unnecessary things

Apparently Pilates gave me an energy boost. Last night around 9 I...
Vacuumed the living room, hall, bathroom and kitchen Dusted the entertainment center and peninsula behind it Mopped the kitchen Took wash in and folded it and put it away Nearly completed a scarf Put up my Halloween tree and decorated it with what I have so far... Changed out the fairy lights in my bug jar. It's my favorite night light and Its been broken for ages

Got up somewhat early
Went to the bank Filled my gas tank Tried to pay my car insurance but they were strangely away Got a topo map for a place I've been wanting to hike for years Got groceries...found currants! I've not had any in years!! Got my first speeding ticket  Went home after that and.. Took in wash, folded it and put most away Vacuumed the entire house except the bedrooms Mopped the kitchen, entry and bathroom Made lunch Did dishes Cleaned the counters, sink and stove top Put down the clean rug on the nice, clean floor Went for a good uphill hike Got stuff to make bread Tonight I want to give the dogs baths and finish painting my kitchen ceiling. Mostly so I can get rid of the big clunky ladder that is currently invading My kitchen...

I drove four hours to the coast then went out with project partner's two different site visits by boat and drove four hours home. It was a 12.5 hour day and the projects looked great.

So far, I got myself to the gym and had a good, hard workout. Ran a couple of errands, came home, made and ate a spectacular breakfast and I caught up with a couple of DVR'd shows while the breakfast was being made. Now, I'm off to finish getting ready and to go about my day.
