I think in the morning to get it over with! LOL! No seriously, I find the morning works better for me or else I get busy and won't do anything later on. Is it better to cook/bake something for a potluck at work or buy a ready made food?

Would depend on if a person has extra time on their hands, if rushed I'd say buy!
