Lunch: What's on the menu?

mixed greens salad mix with imitation crabmeat on top.....pumpkin seeds....raisins...a pumpkin spice dressing (was a premade bowl from Wally's) BUT it sure was good!!

I am eating the last of the pork carnitas. I throughly enjoyed those.

I made grilled cheese sandwiches with homemade pickles tucked inside and dipped in pickle juice. Don't scrunch your face up; it's actually really good if you like dill pickles.

I went shopping at Aldis in my continuing effort to eat gooder (NOT saying the D word!)

I got a big huge box of turkey burgers and made one when I got home. Topped with a slice of gouda cheese. Sauteed broccoli and cauliflower (frozen) in the pan leanings. Sprinkles of seasoning and salt. Yum.

I also made sweet potato but it took forever and I'm already full so...mañana.
