I slept pretty good last night but areas of my lower back and my hips are killing me. Maybe some sort of barometric pressure change is amplifying my pain levels? Don't know, really. So I'm up for the day, sipping on some hot Chai tea, reading news headlines, and will.work on a craft project later today.

Plotting and planning a meal. It's almost 8:30 which might sound like breakfast is calling my name but since I've been up since 2:00 this morning now it's kind of roaring my name. I feel like that Seymour plant in Little Shop of Horrors - FEED ME!!! Only since there is no one around to do it for me, and as much as Monte tries to have opposable thumbs he just doesn't, looks like I'm on my own.
