Great thread-I'm getting ideas.
For me: "Fiddling around"-detail cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, even my car. The more strenuous, the better. Washing dishes by hand, even though I have a dishwasher. I think it's the feel of suds and warm water, and the definite beginning and ending of the task. Throwing things out. Today, in fact, I've been feeling unsettled for some reason and I purged a big box of papers. Listening to music and doing genealogy, even if it's just examining hints. Swimming or yoga, or running
