Feeling is coming back to the bottom of my palm and the pain woke me last night. Going into a busy time at work and can’t take any time off. I’ll be able to use my mouse (I’m a lefty who uses the mouse with my right hand), but I think I’ll wear the wrist brace at work. Life could be worse. |

I don't get the type of sleep I should be getting, mostly because pain I experience in my body disrupts my sleep or sometimes, like a few weeks ago when I was SO sick, I couldn't sleep due to breathing difficulties.
But I do get rest from time to time and I do have nights where I sleep like a baby. Last night I slept pretty good. 7 hours of sleep, but pain woke me up a couple of times. Hoping for about the same, tonight.

I've been getting a good 8 hours lately. Last night was 8.5 and I got a cozy 1.5 hour nap in as well.
This I know, my phone tells me so. Sometimes I wish my phone wasn't so smart..lol
