Excited. Happy. Slightly sad. Very very proud.

It's official.... As of tonight my daughter is a high school graduate. She looked so cute and grown up in her dress, heels, cap and gown. After, we went to Kanki's (my first time there) It was fun and very good. Tomorrow huge party.

My upper body is sore from the past couple of days and my mouth is still a bit tender from the dental procedure and I'm not longer on my staycation but I'm okay overall.

I honestly do not know I got a text just a bit ago from my daughters other mother, asking me to have a talk with the Goose about something that she had done. I am kind of blown away by it and not looking forward to having this talk ALSO it so not like the other parent to reach out to me sooo

I chose to delete an old friend's number years ago because he is one of those people that only reaches out when they want something and also takes forever to text back so it could be 6 months later.. It really bothered me and I made the hard decision to delete his number. Afterwards I reconsidered it, but could not find their number, and they are one of the few people I know not on social media (and with a very common first and last name).

Well, today Skype reminded me it was his birthday, and lo and behold there was his number! So I texted happy birthday knowing it would not be recognised, and sure enough he responded instantly. I am curious now to see if the years have made a difference 🤔

I know exactly what you mean. I have felt the same way at times, then berated myself for having expectations and not being easy going enough, some people can be very draining ! If you deleted his number and so could not initiate contact I`m assuming he never bothered to initiate contact himself ? I hope he smartens up his act this time around !

I noticed a pattern, I seem to be grumpy on Friday nights. I think that I am exhausted at the end of the week from working so many hours.
