Went to the walk in clinic my job sent me to early this morning, took paperwork to my job, went home and helped spouse with her shower, took her to pain doc appointment, took her for haircut, did a little grocery shopping, come home and cooked, dishes, now resting my leg. Oh and I fed my next door neighbor's cats. (She's on vacation till Thursday)

got a million things cleaned up at work nearly fired someone - a 3 day suspension will do conducted a training meeting (finally did my homework) got my paperwork ready for a business meeting tomorrow morning confirmed my docs appointment |

Not much thus far
Bathed my dog (that's always fun since she's a German Shepherd/Cur mix)
Cleaned the area rug and laid it out on the driveway to dry. Loaded, ran, and emptied the dishwasher. Took pork chops out to thaw for dinner. Did a load of laundry and put it away. Now I'm being a slacker and kind of enjoying it.

Laundry, hung it out on the line, brought it in, hung more out, put roast in crock pot this morning, ran errands, poured spouse's meds, cleaned the floors, now just relaxing and waiting on my friend to come down. Oh and I bought a knee brace cuz my arthritis is acting up in my left knee.

Let's see.....
Chased down some details for my mother, Had a little téte-â-téte with technology ppl @ my credit union, Pampered myself (conditioned hair, facial, mani-, pedi-) Grazed on fruit, granola, carrots, ham & smoked gouda on sour dough artisan bread, Contemplating some tentative ideas I have for later this fall, Keeping accurate records of my blood pressure and other things related to my health care. eta: I took care of washing and drying my laundry and bed linens.... simple household chores. I plan to just kick back and hang tight here, for a bit now.
