i was up and at it early. Did my big grocery shopping, got my supplements and unloaded everything. Had a talk with someone who always helps me work through my stuff.. i feel relief! Just washed and cleaned my car inside and out. It needed it SO badly! Now i am relaxing and about to go lay out by the pool and enjoy a peaceful easy day! Enjoy! |

I will do a little shopping today for my Kasey...it is our 9th wedding anniversary tomorrow. We will be going to our favorite place in the mountains for dinner, where I will gaze into her eyes and thank God that she loves me. Have a lovely Sunday

Happy Sunday!!!! I survived my first day of double shifts yesterday!!!!!! Now back for two more today, then done for the week! Very hot weather here, and humid. Hope everyone has a good week ahead!!

Good Morning Eveyone
 Today I woke up just in time to let in last of cool morning air, kick on AC before temp began to climb. Found all three pieces of my slow cooker, and yesterday my oldest surprised me with the gift of a microwave. No more cooking in the oven or fixing an entire meal stove top during all this heat. I'm making peanut chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker and have finished a pot of rice. That way later when the chicken is done I can just zap the rice in the microwave and enjoy a nice hot meal. In the meantime I've cleaned the kitchen, picked up the apartment and started some laundry. When the laundry is finished I'll hang it over the bathtub till almost dry so later when it's cooler I can toss it in the dryer for a few minutes to finish it up/take all the stiffness out. I don't mind crunchy towels but scratchy clothes, not so much. It's now around 10am and with Monte fed and napping, and all my chores out of the way I'm going to play on BFP for awhile, later work on some crafts (if I can manage to avoid needing to nap), then tonight watch some videos which I haven't done in awhile. Oh and thanks to the new microwave, watch them to the tune of popcorn - yeah!

 There's nothing but blue skies for miles and miles, and sweet birdsong, this morning. Today I am going to do not much of anything except make a pretty birthday card for my mother's birthday (July 7th) and work on putting together a bit of correspondence and mailing both projects out, tomorrow. I will most likely make something scrumptious to eat, and most likely read from a book I put aside earlier. Hope everyone has a lovely day!

Happy Sunday, everyone!
I slept late this morning. Then I got up and said goodbye to my friend who spent the night on the couch, and I went out to brunch with a different friend that I've known since college. We went to a place that makes really delicious grits - they use real cream in them. I couldn't drink my bloody mary because it was too painful on my tooth, though  - oh well, if that's the worst thing that happens to me today, I can't complain.I hope everyone has a great holiday and a great week!

Read paper,watered plants,lawn.
Took a couple of wheel barrel loads of lava rock to pond area. Gave my nephew some of my older firefighter gear and a lil furniture as he is heading to college in eastern part of state for fire science degree.....i,m proud the rest TBA |

Happy Sunday Morning...
My absolute favorite time of a regular week.... Waking to some lovely words...... Walking the pup at daylight...... Online time and coffee (dee time) Candles lit on the gratitude altar "Alexa play Adele".... Essential oils diffusing......Thieves is my scent today long hot bath.... conditioning the skin and hair .. the sun can sure dehydrate CBS Sunday Morning.. the only time i watch TV Bacon Sizzling... Second cup of coffee.... Pool time shortly........... Yes i like my Sunday Mornings........ |
