The plant milks are too watery in coffee for my taste, but I like them on their own. Also good vegan cheese is hard to find around here and it can be rather expensive. I could probably give up cheese cold turkey but the half & half............

Has anyone ever followed the McDougall plan? It’s starch based but from what little I read it seems to be vegan as well?
