I'm torn between these two teams. My home roots are in SoCali. I've been to so many Dodger and Angels games. I've always kept my eye out west....yet....
Then there is Houston. This town needs a happy ending to the year. I hope that this series goes 3-3, and May the best team win! Both teams are super good and either one will deserve the title ....these games have been nail biters to the last inning....says the fan who is neutral.smh

Houston is up 2-1 in the series. Tonights match up is Wood against Morton. I know both pitchers from my fantasy teams. Woods had a fantastic season, tho he was less effective the last month or so. I remember Morton more so from his Pirates days. Impressive but not overly so. He has been outstanding in his first season for the Astros tho. Am looking forward to finally getting the chance to see them both pitch.

When I went to make coffee, the score was tied 1-1. Nice pitchers duel. I came back with coffee and the Dodgers had scored 5 runs in the top of the 9th.  Astros bullpen is not having a good night. Meanwhile, Wood and Morrow have combined on a 1 hitter. Major rally cap time. Final 6-2. Rally came up short. LOL.

I didn't read your post until after I did mine.
I know Houston has had a horrible year but they handled tragedy so amazingly well. It was really impressive. The Dodgers needed to win today and I honestly was unsure that they would. I think that they are well-matched teams. Is there hugging in baseball? (((Hugs))) anyway. Quote:

I have to give it to the Astros, they have played some really terrific baseball.
Kudos on the win over the Dodgers, score: 5-1 and the Astros Won the MLB World Series against Los Angeles Dodgers! *Sigh* There is always next year!
