I slept about 7 hours, maybe longer, but my sleep was laced with dreams, some of them I don't even remember. But at least I slept.

Not as much as I'd like because while washing and drying a small load of laundry yesterday, the bones in my lower sacral area of my back snapped, crackled and popped (big owies!)
I only slept for about five hours, but I hope to sleep a bit more before the sun comes up.
