Put on a warm hat, wore sensible shoes and season appropriate clothing. I'm not sure why this is so difficult for me to do, but today I did it for me. For all the right reasons and not just because someone was ordering/insisting/demanding.

Well, it seems to hurt folks feelings when they see duct tape on my slippers so I bought new ones. Been there done that!

Well, I'm going to go through with plans to dig into my stored boxes, etc. While not fun, it's necessary and I'll benefit from it by unearthing warm winter boots and whatnot.

I spent time here today by reading and posting, but I need to get on with my day. I've got laundry to wash and dry and try to find a AAA battery that is misplaced somewhere in the house. I need it for my wrist blood pressure cuff.

I hope to give myself a manicure too. I need to file my nails and do an oil treatment on my nails....to keep my hands and nails in good condition.

I allowed myself to come home and immediately get into some yoga pants and a tank top. Then I poured some hot tea and lounged with Bella for over an hour doing absolutely nothing. Decadence!

I ignored the housework and took a nap. Seems napping is what I do since I’ve been sick. It’s a waste of time but I allow it because I just hope it’ll help me
