Vegan French Toast-
I suggest starting off with a Sourdough Bread cut into 1" slices. Pour So Delicious Coconut Eggnog (it's Vegan) and add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla. Stir. Heat pan and add a bit of Vegan butter or Coconut oil to pan. Get pan hot. Soak bread lightly in eggnog. Add drenched Sourdough bread and cook (3-5 mins) until golden brown. Flip and cook other side. Serve with Maple syrup, banana slices and chopped pecans. Your non-vegan friends will love it too. (Liv B recipe revised)
