I didn't have any plans earlier today, but after my PT session, the weather seemed to be okay. So I went shopping, and spoiled myself a bit today. After supper tonight, I plan to work on my writing portfolio and if I have trouble sleeping, I'll stay up and work on coloring a picture in a coloring book. I'm glad I got up the courage to go out for a spell because it's raining pretty hard outside, this evening.

Possibly making the hour trip to my favorite winery to pick up several boxes of new bottles and one or two bottles of wine to give as a gift to friends who are hosting our New Year's party.
Then possibly delivering those new bottles to a dear, retired friend who makes homemade blueberry, muscadine and blackberry wine from his own berry patches to give to all his friends. He grows the BEST berries around!

completed all my paperwork for returns and a trip to ups in early afternoon..was going to stop at post office but it was mobbed...and life is too short..so i ditched and went for coffee instead...it was lovely..

If the weather improves significantly, I plan to drop by the post office to pick up a weeks worth of mail. And I hope to drop by the library (as well).

The snow finally stopped. Looks like about 4 inches not bad,considering. So I shoveled and salted the sidewalk and shoveled the driveway. Next on the list, is to knock out some laundry.

Today I have a few things on my plate!
First I need to go through some of my books and see what I have and what I don't have. Then I need to go through my greeting cards to find a funny card to cheer someone up while they are feeling a bit under the weather. I have to run to the post office and see what's in my mailbox. Something tells me it may be jam packed. And finally a trip to the grocery store with perhaps a stop at Starbucks. |
