I just saw a guy do this on TV and it reminded me of this: a winker.
Someone that winks at me in the middle of a conversation. People that are winkers tend to do it no matter how serious the conversation. I don't even like it if someone is flirting and does this. I think it is kind of creepy. *wink, wink* Ooh.
