I need sleep and for my mind to shut down when I get into bed. For the past two days I have been fighting with my supervisor, even in my manager's office a couple of times.

This afternoon that little bastard no back bone weasel came into my cubicle sucking up to me asking about Gavin, my new dog. Supervisor was trying to make nice. I was having no part of it. I am sick to death of his lies. I reminded him of something he told me one year ago and he denied ever having said it. I stood up and thought I would surely fly across my desk on him. Then I remembered I do not hit people so pointed to my door and I told him to get the hell out of my cubicle.

Hope not and do not know but I imagine I could get fired for my behavior.

I left for the day after that incident. Then called my manager and told him I did not know how to handle this situation so I would let EEOC take it. I will make an appointment with them and file a grievance. I haven't ever filed one of these in my life. Guess I will soon find out how these things work.
