"Utterances At Later Dates"......

This may of been something regional OR some saying that my mother made up but it was said to another adult in the presence of children so I assume it was something meant only for adults ears OR something she was afraid one of us kids might re-peat that could lead to havoc down the road.

Very similar to "Chip Off The Old Block" but often times this idiom is used to reference some bad behavior by both the parent and off spring!
