Lunch: What's on the menu?

It was a whole wheat hoagie (with the guts pulled out and thrown away) and 3 different types of cheese toasted in the oven and then piled high with honey ham and roasted turkey, mild jalapeños, organic leafy greens and some avocado ranch dressing.

Baked Cheetos and a Halo complimented the meal and then I had the last of the lemon crème cake slices with vanilla pineapple ice cream and some buttermilk lemon chocolate squares.

Yes, that is a lot of food. And no, I might not eat the remainder of the day.

I made vegan cream of asparagus soup this morning and had a bowl for lunch. So good.
