Califia Farms Jalapeño Queso Recipe (for supper tonight)

I plan to pan sear the BB patty 'burger' in EVOO, then crumble it up on top of organic seeded tortilla chips, then pour some of the Jalapeño Queso on top. Sounds yummy, right?!
