J and I went out to lunch. She was really craving Mexican, I was really in the mood for a diner we both really like, so we compromised and went to a Mexican restaurant but one of my choosing and not one of those chain ones she likes. I had something similar to a green enchilada with rice and beans, with a real Coke made with regular sugar, not that high fructose corn syrup stuff. No dessert because the meal was huge and I ate the whole thing. It's just like my paternal grandmother used to make. I wish I could have some more of it right now. In fact if I could afford to I'd probably have it nearly everyday at that same restaurant either for breakfast or lunch. It was so good.

Shrimp cocktail
Sliced yellow pepper with a couple of jalapeno stuffed green olives. Goodness, right there. Sugar free lemon pudding. I added juice and pulp from a huge Meyer lemon, I picked off a tree. ...good thing I have more at home

J and I went out for lunch and I had refried beans, Spanish rice and some very good chicken enchiladas with green rather than red sauce. No dessert because I also had a large bottle of Coke.
