Anyway, speaking to Michelle Belanger, she told me and a few others there, that grounding was like lifting weights. You cant just move to the 100lb ones and expect to be buff that day! It takes time, effort and most of all, training. Maybe you offer too much of yourself for them to use. Or maybe you need to learn more shielding after you ground. Once you're shielded, you can allow certain energies in and at the rate you want them. Michelle has a great book out called the Psychic Codex. Lots of great info and exercises in there. Keep at it. I'm sure there's a very good reason why you've been given this gift! ![]()
